Pink lazy days and takeaways

With majority of my life being socially driven as well as my time being consumed by full time education and part time working, I seem to have very little free time to myself. On a dull day like today there is nothing I love more than to sit in my Minnie Mouse pj’s and dressing gown whilst eating chocolate. After all, lazy days are the ‘comfort food’ for your soul and body.

However, sometimes lazy days can be demanding too. With a large workload piling up, my day has really just consisted of reading and making notes. In order to get myself motivated to actually crawl out of bed, I took a warm shower and chucked on some comfy clothes. This always helps to get me into a positive mindset, and (sort of) helps to make A level work bearable. My favourite things to wear on a lazy day are loose tops, baggy jumpers and most importantly super soft jeans.

Today I wore a silky, blush pink t shirt – I know it isn’t exactly the most practical item of clothingI could wear in the winter, however my house is usually like a sauna so there is practically no chance of me feeling chilly. I also wore my dark grey jeans which are high waisted and also fit nice and snug. When quickly popping out, I slipped on my pink perforated Topshop jacket – admittedly it isn’t the warmest and is more of a spring jacket however I really love the colour and I just can’t say no to a bit of pink. My wooly beanie hat went well with this outfit, mainly because it is such a nice shade of pink; in all fairness, this hat matches pretty much anything it is so adorable.

Beauty products also featured: Benefit Roller Lash, Too Faced Better than Sex mascara, Autograph blusher in Rose, Bourjois Paris Velvet Lips in Cool Brown and Bourjois Paris La Lacque in Framboijisie.

After a long day of outfit planning, picture taking and working – I will sure be glad to get straight back into my pyjamas and over indulge on the sofa with a takeaway and lots of goodies.

See you soon!
